"This is my favorite flavor & favorite electrolyte by far. I started using Ultima when I began eating a keto diet and entering a metabolic state of ketosis. Previous, I had been using a well known electrolyte brand, but after using Ultima, was shocked by the difference of sodium & taste. I get plenty of salt through my diet and do not need to levels of sodium found in most other brands. I also have previously NOT liked the taste of stevia but find it barely detectable. I LOVE Ultima electrolytes and highly recommend them to all! Lemonade is my other favorite flavor."
"This was my first time trying this brand. I thought the flavor was good but my stomach did not react well to these electrolytes. I looked closer at the label and realized it was made with magnesium citrate which may have been causing the problem. I was also disappointed with customer service when returning my order. They were responsive over email, which I appreciated, but I had to follow up after not receiving refund for a month and I guess they had lost track of my returned package. Then when my refund went through, I only received money back for portion of the order that was unopened, instead of my full order. It would have been nice if the customer service agent had told me that I would only get a refund for the unopened bag. The website says they offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" so I was expecting more."
