If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Ultima Replenisher product purchased from UltimaReplenisher.com or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product at Ultima's discretion. Please note the Ultima Replenisher 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Satisfaction Guarantee will only be provided to the original purchaser.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Satisfaction Guarantee request, please call Consumer Care at 888-663-8584 Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm ET or email hello@ultimahealth.com.
To help us verify eligibility, you will also be required to provide your original order number and the email address used at the time of purchase. This information will be used solely to validate your purchase and to communicate details regarding your replacement order, including order confirmation and tracking information.
If your request is approved, Ultima will follow up with you on next steps.
All Satisfaction Guarantee requests must be submitted within 60 days of the date of purchase. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

Ultima reserves the right to verify all information provided, including proof of purchase.
Ultima may request additional documentation, including order details from the original point of purchase, to confirm that the product was purchased from an authorized seller.
Additionally, Ultima at their sole discretion may deny any Satisfaction Guarantee requests.
Submission of your email address in connection with a Satisfaction Guarantee request is used only for transactional communications related to your claim and replacement order. You will not be subscribed to marketing or promotional emails because of this request.
