Orange Lemonade Fizz Mocktail Recipe
If you are like most of us, you probably crave sweet things every now and then. And that’s perfectly normal! Cravings come in all shapes and sizes and although giving in to your cravings isn’t always a bad thing, most of us have learned that moderation is key when it comes to satisfying a sweet tooth. But wouldn’t it be great if there were healthier alternatives that taste just as good, if not better than the sugary stuff that we’re used to buying in the stores? Well, buckle up, because today we are sharing a drink recipe with you that is sure to satisfy that sweet tooth of yours.
A Drink For All Seasons
Have you ever noticed that there are particular drinks that are synonymous with a particular season? For example, as the weather gets chillier, hot beverages with fall spices, or spooky-themed cocktails seem to be the drink of choice for many people. And as the holidays approach, eggnog and hot chocolate will steal the spotlight along with sparkling and bubbly drinks that help us ring in the new year.
But we’re not here to talk about seasonal drinks today
While pumpkin spice and apple cider are having their moment, we figured you might want to be reminded of the refreshing flavors that are enjoyable year-round. Oh, and did we mention that it’s made with sugar-free electrolyte powder mixes for healthier hydration?
So without further ado…
Orange Lemonade Fizz Mocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/2 scoop of Ultima Electrolyte Orange Mix
1/2 scoop of Ultima Electrolyte Lemonade Mix
Juice of an orange
Sparkling water
Garnish:
Fresh mint
2-3 Lemon slices
Orange slice
Directions:
- In a mason jar or cocktail shaker add water, Electrolyte Lemonade mix, and
Electrolyte Orange mix and shake vigorously for a few seconds
- Add ice to a glass, pour Ultima Replenisher mix, squeeze the juice of an orange,
- Add lemon slices
- Top with more ice and top with sparkling water
- Garnish with lemon and orange slices, and fresh mint
- Enjoy!
Make It Yours
One of the best things about this recipe is that you can spruce it up to make it exactly the way you want. The recipe itself doesn’t include alcohol because it’s a mocktail, but if you’re looking for your next favorite brunch cocktail, swap the sparkling water for some sparkling wine and you have yourself a delicious and hydrating mimosa!
