Ultima Electric Lemonijito Mocktail

If you love a lemon zing and mint is your thing, this alcohol-free, electric take on a traditional mojito is sure to sip well with you!

 

Ingredients:

• 1 scoop Ultima Lemonade electrolyte mix
• 1/2 oz Meyer lemon juice 
• 3 oz coconut water
• Top with soda water
• Handful of fresh mint leaves

 

Directions:

• Gently muddle mint leaves at the bottom of a glass
• Stir in 1 scoop (or 1 stickpack) Ultima Lemonade electrolyte mix
• Add Meyer lemon juice (regular lemon juice works great, too)
• Add coconut water
• Fill glass with ice cubes
• Top off with soda water and stir
• Garnish with mint bouquet
